HI STELLA DAVID
If I understand correctly, your skin concerns are as follows;
1. Reoccuring Acne
2. Dark spots as a result of the acne
3. Poor skin health as a result of use of fake
products.
Now, to pick also on another point, most professional estheticians and medical personnel alike, would tell you to avoid the use of soap on your face, especially when you have skin problems. This is because soap changes the normal pH of the skin. More clearly, soap is basic, while the skin is failry acidic, if you use
something basic on your face without neutralizing the effect of its basicity, you tend to compromise the skin's natural barrier. This leaves the skin open to all sorts of infection and compromise. As a caviat, I know some people still use soap and have beautiful skin, it all goes down to our genetic makeup, lipid barrier strength of the skin and a host of other factors. As such, if you are having problems with your skin, I would advice you stay away from soap (except ii has a pH of 5.5) and use a facial cleanser instead.

Now, it is also good that you do not use your body cream on your face as it might be too heavy for your already oily skin.
I would list a series of steps that I suggest you take, minding that I cannot see not feel the
texture of your face.

1. Wash your face twice a day with a acne specific facial cleanser e.g Neutrogena oil free acne cleanser. Please do not scrub your face, but wash it lightly

2. Use a facial scrub twice a week

3. If you are a man, you may skip moisturising as most men find it strange, but it is quite good for a moist, clear skin. You can buy the oil of olay facial moisturiser specific for oily skin and use
daily

4. Buy a 5% Benzoyl peroxide like oxy5 and dab only on the spots at night or Use Neo-Medrol, if
they are located majorly around the chin area.

5. Have a Medicated-Anti-acne facial once amonth to have all of the lesions extracted.

6. Have Facial peel done to remove all the darkSpots on your face.

7. Try to drink at least 4 litres of water/day and

some green tea for a system detoxification for the reoccuring acneTrust this suffices for now.
Stay Beautiful, Stay Blessed.
LINDA POST
I have used steroid for my face without knowing the implication (skineal, funbact A and epiderm).
It almost damaged my skin. it cleared the acne but I later had a rebound.
I used sebamed which helped for while even though it was slow in action. I later did a facial treatment in a spa in Enugu. The acne has reduced very well. It just comes out sparingly. My problem is the dark black spots. It has persisted for a very long time. Its almost like an indelible mark. My face is now darker than every other part of my body and its so dull in appearance. I've seen what you recommended for others but I don't know how to get them in Enugu. I'm currently using Neutrogena oil free cleanser and the triple action toner. Do you think that will help me? Can you suggest something better for me. The problem is that there are many products in the market with promising labels. Can you specially suggest the product that can help me. Thank you

There,
However, Below is a general advice for acne sufferers who also have the transient PH

1.Wash your face twice a day with a acne specific facial cleanser e.g Bions' Antibacterial
Cleanser (Pimples is primarily caused by a bacteria, so you need an antibacterial wash to reduce the colony on your skin). Please do not scrub your face, but wash it lightly

2. Use a facial scrub twice a week

3. Get a good Acne specific poultice(E.g, Bion's Green Tea Clay Poultice - Pulls the infection upout of the skin to be flushed out) and dab only on the spots at night or Use Neo-Medrol, if they are located majorly around the chin area.

5. Have a Medicated-Anti-acne facial once a month to have all of the lesions extracted.
6. Have Facial peel done to remove all the dark
 Spots on your face.

7. Try to drink at least 4 litres of water/day and some green tea for a system detoxification for
the reoccuring acne
I suggest you treat the reoccuring acne first before dealing with the spotting.
I think this would help a great deal.

SOLUTION TO YOUR PIMPLES
FUNBACT- A.

Most times i would be so busy i won't be able to ask what they were using more than a tube of these product. One day i decided to start asking. The first lady complained of her breaking out and her friend suggested she mixed FUNBACT- A into her cream, that her skin would appear fresh,
smooth and soft.
Another woman said, she puts it in her children's cream to achieve this same purpose.
Then i gave them a brief lecture and introduced other products.
Now you might be wondering, ehen what's wrong with that? What is she going to loose? After all it
is mixed in a cream. Alot is wrong with that, infact scary lots. Funbact A is a triple action cream, containing
ANTIBACTERIAL, ANTIFUNGAL, and ANTIINFLAMMATORY actions. Also, it contains
STERIODS.
Now antifungal creams should only be used when the you have a confirmed fungal infection on the skin same goes for antibacterial creams and as for anti-inflammatory creams, they are to be used in cases of skin allergies or inflammatory conditions.
These products are not to be used on a daily basis. For example, Would you take medicines for malaria when you don't feel ill or Panadol, when you don't have a headache or fever?

When you abuse a cream such as funbact a, Skineal or epiderm on a very regular basis and in the absence of infections here's what you're doing to yourself:

1. Not long lasting relief: Your skin looks really
good in the meantime, no pimples/acne
blemishes but in no time, the product will
become ineffective and you'll be back to square
one, with more blemishes than you can handle.

2. Your Skin's natural PH: Your skin is has a natural PH which is supposed to protect itself from infections, but with repeated abuse of antibiotic, antifungal or anti-inflammatory  creams, your skins natural PH is distorted leaving you to be more prone to skin infections.

3. Skin Damage: Excessive use of these products would lead to skin damage and regardless of
how much makeup you wear, you won't be able to fix it.
4. Adverse effect of steroid: The prolonged use of these products containing steroids would lead
to Kidney problems. Now, you can imagine what damage you are doing to yourself and your babies.
5. Some creams containing anti-inflammatory compounds will cause your face to begin to sag long before you're old enough to have a sagging
face.

Caring for your skin:

1. Avoid excessive use of medicated soaps, antiseptics and medicated creams.
2. Find soap-free products for your shower and use products in the right pH. e.g Sebamed range
of products.
3. Take vitamin C lots of water and avoid foods that make u break out. There's this really good vitamin supplement called Trevo.
4. Use evening primrose oil and vitamin E. Drop your comments and questions in the comment box. For enquires inbox the admin.
Have a lovely weekend!

@Bismaz..
At first, funbact do bleach but you dont have to turn it into your regular body cream..you are suppose to use for just 7-14 days and when the rashes is gonethen you stop using as fast as possible.
But i will recommend you to use shea butter or vaseline on your face for a while...then when using cream like funbact A TRY MIX IT WITH BABY LOTION OR OTHER CREAMS THAT DOES NOT BLEACH...SO AS TO MAKE THE BLEACHING AGENT LESS ACTIVE
